A long-established and successful trade business in the Towcester area is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of its digital presence and help drive the next phase of growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team and work closely with senior leadership within a £10m turnover organisation.

We are looking for someone with vision, initiative, and the ability to transform untapped digital potential into measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Online Store Management

• Take full ownership of the company website and online store (WordPress & WooCommerce).
• Improve site performance, UX, product listings and conversion flow.
• Expand the online product catalogue (currently ~30 products listed, generating c. £20k, with thousands more available).

2. Social Media Management

• Plan, create and publish engaging content across all social platforms.
• Build and execute a long‑term social media strategy to grow brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage all creative asset production and scheduling.

3. Email Marketing & CRM Development

• Build an email marketing strategy from scratch.
• Engage a 10,000+ customer database with newsletters, automated workflows, and promotional campaigns.
• Drive customer retention and online revenue through targeted communication.
• Take full responsibility for SEO and content following a transition from an external agency.
• Develop a content strategy to increase search visibility and support category growth.
• Create blogs, guides, landing pages and product content aligned with commercial goals.
