You’ll work closely with commercial and strategic leaders, building and implementing solutions that improve performance, unlock insight, and transform the way the business operates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Design & Implementation: Create scalable solutions across the business using tools such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
- Business Process Automation: Spot inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and build custom functions to improve operations.
- Data Reporting & Analysis: Use SQL to develop dashboards and performance reports, surfacing insights to drive decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multiple departments to understand business needs and deliver value-adding solutions.
- CRM Customisation: Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company’s CRM platform, supporting sales and marketing effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years’ experience in CRM development, business analysis, or technical architecture roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, with a strong eye for data accuracy and insight generation.
- Solid experience in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Deluge.
- Confident communicator who can distil complex ideas into business-friendly solutions.
