Overview
Proximity Recruitment are searching for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join an ambitious sports business on an exciting journey towards a £10m turnover near Warwickshire. With social media at the heart of their growth strategy – particularly TikTok and Instagram – this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll be the driving force behind social campaigns that capture attention, fuel engagement, and showcase the brand’s presence at major sporting events and stadiums.
Key Responsibilities
- Create scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
- React at pace to sporting moments, delivering timely, relevant, and engaging posts.
- Grow brand visibility, online community, and engagement with clear measurable outcomes.
- Support live activations at large sporting stadiums and celebrity collaborations.
- Take ownership of the full social media cycle: capture, edit, post, analyse, and strategise.
- Partner with the MD to deliver consistent, high-quality campaigns that drive business growth.
About you / Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering social media campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong creative flair, with the ability to bring ideas to life across multiple platforms.
- Comfortable working at speed and outside of traditional office hours to maximise impact.
- A natural storyteller, with a passion for sport and digital-first brands.
- Confident in both strategy and hands-on execution.
