Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Social Media Manager (£45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join a rapidly expanding financial business in Northampton. The role joins a collaborative, data driven team in a dynamic office environment. The role is 5 days a week in the offices in Northampton.

Aim

  • Raise the profile of all trading brands
  • Contribute to sales lead generation
  • Improve online conversion
  • Fostering long term loyalty (customer and employee)

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership, production and delivery of engaging, industry-relevant content to meet business objectives across all active social media channels.
  • Content production for organic & (contribution to) paid social channels.
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice.
  • Engage with customers, partners, investors, employees, & potential talent.
  • Supplement lead generation by driving awareness through social media.
  • Position the firm as a destination employer & increase employer brand exposure.
  • Track performance & use analytics to inform future content decisions.
  • Identify & leverage trending topics and formats to boost engagement.
  • Grow an understanding of the audience and partners to identify specific talking points/insights/engagement opportunities.
  • Competitor market/analysis.
  • Broadcast values through an authentic narrative of Culture, Mission, Achievements, Employee Experience, Knowledge.
