Proximity Recruitment are partnering with a thriving, high-end residential property business based near Brentford, renowned for its work in luxury construction, heritage restoration, and sustainable development. As the company continues to grow, they're looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of its brand and marketing function – leading strategy, content, campaigns, and digital activity.

The role:

  • Brand & Strategy
    • Lead the marketing strategy across two premium brands, with support from the MD
    • Shape and strengthen brand positioning across heritage, luxury, and sustainability
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
  • Content & Campaigns
    • Develop and own a content calendar that tells the story of the business
    • Create or manage compelling content across portfolio showcases, project updates, team stories, and client testimonials
    • Support events, campaigns, and other brand-building initiatives
  • Digital Marketing
    • Oversee website content, SEO optimisation, and landing page creation
    • Manage and grow the brand’s LinkedIn presence
    • Launch and monitor basic paid social campaigns when required
  • Collateral & Events
    • Create a suite of materials including brochures, decks, hoarding boards, and branded assets
    • Support the coordination of events, award submissions, and press outreach
    • Liaise with external partners including designers, videographers, and print suppliers
  • Team & Project Management
    • Manage freelance creatives across design, copy, and video
    • Track and report on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights
    • Provide regular updates to the MD on progress and priorities
