Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Marketing Manager (up to £40,000 + Benefits) to join a thriving real estate business in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of creative strategies, shape online presence, and work with a supportive team who truly value the impact of social and marketing.
The role is 5 days a week in Northampton with occasional visits to properties for content capture.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing engaging multi-channel social strategies.
- Creating and curating content across formats: copy, graphics, video, stories, reels.
- Managing content calendars and scheduling posts.
- Building relationships with online communities, responding to comments and messages.
- Running paid social campaigns and optimising performance.
- Tracking KPIs and delivering monthly performance reports with insights.
- Designing marketing materials (e.g. leaflets), coordinating with printers and delivery partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing brand social accounts with measurable results.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite (or similar).
- Experience running paid social campaigns and analysing performance.
- Highly organised, collaborative, and always up to date with digital trends.
