Marketing Campaign Manager

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Marketing Campaign Manager (circa £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join a rapidly expanding financial business in Northampton.

The role joins a collaborative, data driven team in a dynamic office environment. The role is 5 days a week in the offices in Northampton.

Responsibilities include:

• Take ownership of industry or sector initiatives as directed by the Head of Marketing.
• Produce multichannel campaigns that professionally represent the brand and maximise lead generation.
• Create or implement segmentation, test and learn programmes, carry out campaign analysis.
• Support our business development team with \’introducer\’ material that helps them win new customers.
• Any other marketing duties as required by the business.

You will be hands-on with:

• PR, emails, social media, press releases, blogs and web pages.
• Data and analytics
• Managing the company\’s attendance at exhibitions.
• Basic design work including assets for email, digital advertising and social media.
