Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Creative Content Manager (circa £50,000 + Benefits) to join a thriving PLC in Northamptonshire.

Together with agency partners, you would help create inspirational content for use across the business including digital and marketing channels. You would drive collaborative relationships with stakeholders to consult, develop and implement on-brand CGI & content that delivers an engaging customer experience.

You will ensure all content is best in class, accurate and aligns to brand guidelines, while ensuring it is delivered on time & within budget. Art directing and reviewing all CGI & photography produced, supporting the creative strategy of the business.

Responsibilities include

• Responsible for the production of content cross channel, supporting the Head of Creative in ensuring the visual execution is on brand, inspirational, customer centric & accurate for a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate on & support developing a creative content strategy with the Head of Creative.
• Produce detailed schedules, with clear milestones & sign off stages, to ensure that assets are delivered on time to a high standard.
• Create & maintain a flexible sign off process.
• Managing brief requests, workload & scheduling of projects across the team.
• Managing & retiring CGI within the appropriate product asset management system.
• Managing & motivating a small team of CGI Executives.

The role is 4 days a week in the office, 1 day working from home.
