Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented PPC Executive (Amazon Ads) to join a thriving global products business in Leighton Buzzard. The role sits in a flexible, ambitious & quality driven business & culture, and the position is hybrid - 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home.
Responsibilities include:
- Campaign Execution (particularly Amazon Ads): Set up, build, and deploy paid campaigns from scratch.
- Optimization: Monitor daily ad delivery and adjust targeting, copy, and creative assets to maximize efficiency (e.g., lower CPA or raise ROAS).
- Data & Reporting: Track digital KPIs, compile performance dashboards, and present actionable insights to internal teams.
- Budget Management: Oversee ad spend, pacing, and budget allocation across various campaigns.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to align ad formats with organic efforts and run A/B testing.
- Market Research: Keep up to date with platform algorithms, privacy changes, and emerging digital trends.
The client is seeking a Marketplace Ads Specialist to lead and optimize ad campaigns across key online marketplaces in the UK and EU. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and e-commerce ads experience, particularly Amazon Ads. You will be responsible for driving sales, reaching new customers, and evolving campaign strategy while managing budgets.
