Proximity Recruitment are searching for an experienced & creative Senior Marketing Executive (£35,000 – £40,000 + Benefits) for a market-leading, high-end B2B group based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. With a turnover of £20m+ and operating at the premium end of their sector, the business is growing & needs someone to lead marketing delivery across the group.
The role is office based 5 days a week and reports directly into the Managing Director & CMO. It’s a highly visible, senior position covering social media, content & design, email marketing and client communications. You’ll have real scope to shape how the group goes to market and to progress your career within a luxury-led, fast-growing business.
Responsibilities include:
- Own & manage social media across the group’s brands, including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube & Facebook
- Plan & deliver group-wide content calendars that balance brand building, lead generation & client engagement
- Support & execute paid social campaigns, managing budgets & optimising for return
- Design high-quality digital & print content, including social assets, email templates, brochures, presentations & sales collateral
- Write compelling, commercially focused copy in a premium brand tone of voice
- Capture & edit photography and video content, including product, project & behind-the-scenes storytelling
- Own the email marketing programme in Mailchimp, from strategy & segmentation through to build, testing & send
- Work with the MD & CMO to sharpen and articulate the group’s value proposition for each audience
- Plan & deliver proactive client communications, including launches, case studies & event invitations
- Partner with sales & account teams to produce tailored materials supporting new business
- Track performance across social, email & campaigns, reporting insights & recommendations to the senior team
The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within B2B and/or premium or luxury brands. Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva are essential, along with hands-on Mailchimp experience and excellent copywriting ability. You’ll be confident working with senior stakeholders at board level and comfortable juggling multiple projects across a group of businesses.
