The Opportunity: We are growing rapidly across all categories, but especially in Capital Procurement, with significant expansion across the UK, Europe APAC and the US. Our team partners with some of the largest utilities, infrastructure operators and capital programme owners, helping to deliver multi-million-pound frameworks. We’re seeking experienced senior procurement professionals with a strong track record in delivering complex capital programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive level experience in Capital Procurement, gained within a Client, Consulting, or Supplier environment (ideally a combination of at least 2).
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies that meet challenging programme timelines and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and market intelligence.
- Influence senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with capital delivery priorities.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate procurement and delivery risks.
- Establish baselines, measure performance, and report progress to clients and Programme Managers.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
About You:
- Executive level experience in Capital Procurement, gained within a Client, Consulting, or Supplier environment (ideally a combination of at least 2).
- Deep expertise in delivering/overseeing very large, complex, Capital-focused programmes within EMEA or worldwide.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and risk management skills.
- Team leadership experience and a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent organisational and programme management skills.
