Key responsibilities- End-to-end management of complex programs that are C-Suite visible due to their direct impact on business performance.
- Leadership and development of a team of specialists to ensure successful delivery of outcomes, client satisfaction, learning and team engagement.
- Contribution to our growth path through driving and/or supporting growth initiatives both in your client and in new client pursuits.
- Act as a senior leader in Proxima, supporting key internal initiatives, challenging the business to evolve and improve whilst acting as a coach and mentor to our team.
- Enhancing Proxima’s brand and reputation in the marketplace through personal and Proxima marketing initiatives.
- From a consultancy background, you will have demonstrable experience of managing teams, working hand in hand with clients/stakeholders on programs with senior level visibility.
- A deep understanding of procurement and/or supply chain, ideally across sectors and categories, which you can articulate well.
- Exceptional consulting skills and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly with your stakeholders and their senior management.
- Strong intellectual capability and flexibility, coupled with excellent critical thinking skills and a natural curiosity.
- An ability to absorb complex information and turn it into insight, producing impactful recommendations.
- Proven ability to build rapport and connect with people internally and externally.
- A track record of positively contributing towards business culture and an ability to motivate and develop the teams around you.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and a demand for quality at all times.
- Demonstrable ability to tell engaging stories verbally and through high-quality PowerPoint and Word, supported by impactful and insightful analytical skills.
