The opportunity
As a Senior Consultant at Proxima, focused on Property and Facilities Management, you will lead complex workstreams and manage senior stakeholders while delivering innovative solutions and driving strategic initiatives across facilities management, property operations, and real estate portfolios. You will be part of client-facing teams delivering high-impact commercial, sourcing, and supplier initiatives, supporting the development of insights, contributing to solution design, and playing an active role in delivering outcomes, not just recommendations. What you’ll do
- Support delivery across client engagements

- Assist with opportunity identification, supplier research, and commercial analysis.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize clients’ property portfolio strategy and facilities operational performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost efficiency.
- Coach and develop junior consultants.
- Contribute to Proxima category thought leadership and IP.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders
