We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to join our London team and play a key role in delivering impactful marketing initiatives across our European markets. With offices in London, Leeds, Cardiff, Düsseldorf, Chicago, Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong, we combine global reach with local expertise. Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute marketing campaigns, coordinating with suppliers and agencies (PR, design, web, SEO) to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Assist with PR activities, including interviews, fact-checking, and event organisation.
- Engage stakeholders: schedule/document meetings, ensure communications are approved, and triage internal requests.
- Manage HubSpot data, build marketing emails/forms, update web content, and organise marketing assets.
- Support event logistics, internal communications, project costing, and reporting.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends for continuous learning.
- Apply business-level German language skills to external communications including press releases and drafting and proofreading website content and articles for media and newspapers.
