- Buyer personas: CTOs, Head of Engineering, Engineering Managers, Tech Leads
- Use cases: Scaling product teams, closing skill gaps, accelerating delivery
What you bring to be successful in this role:
- Proven success in new logo outbound sales as an AE or senior SDR, ideally in tech, SaaS, or professional services.
- Experience owning a full 360° sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
- Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies (MEDDICC strongly preferred).
- Confidence in selling to technical and engineering leadership.
- Experience maintaining accurate pipelines and forecasts in a CRM environment (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and quality.
- Ability to guide prospects through a structured customer journey.
- Curious, goal-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Bonus points for hands-on experience with technology, such as working as a technical project manager, product manager, developer, or a similar role (ideally within tech or SaaS).
