Software Engineer

We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer with experience across the full-stack, or mainly backend, to join our Edinburgh-based client, an exciting business who are working on a new-to-market SaaS platform and growing out their development team.

The company is in a growth phase currently and you will have an opportunity to work on some really exciting projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with PHP, (Laravel or Symfony), and a strong understanding of modern javascript such as React or Vue.

This is a hybrid position and will a minimum 1 day on‑site in Edinburgh City Centre. However, they are open to candidates from further afield and happy to work around their requirements.

Skills Required

• Experience in PHP development, ideally using Laravel or Symfony
• Frontend experience using a JS framework such as Vue or React
• Experience building out APIs
