Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive technical support across Microsoft services, devices, and core business applications
  • Manage incidents and requests through the full ticket lifecycle with a strong emphasis on quality and service
  • Support user onboarding, offboarding, and secure device provisioning
  • Assist with hardware setup, office technology needs, and light infrastructure tasks
  • Contribute to improvement work, small projects, and ongoing operational enhancements
