As part of this evolution, they are seeking a commercially minded, strategically driven Chief Technology Officer to lead the transformation of the technology function and help shape the business into an AI‑native organisation.

The OpportunityYou will play a central role in defining and executing the company’s long‑term technology vision across:
- Platform architecture and scale: Leading the evolution of a highly sophisticated multi‑client platform serving regulated capital markets institutions.
- AI‑native transformation: Embedding AI throughout the product and engineering lifecycle – from specification and development through to testing, iteration, and delivery – helping move the organisation from agile‑first to AI‑native‑first.
- Client and organisational adoption: Driving AI adoption internally and externally, helping clients navigate the shift from AI hesitancy toward meaningful competitive advantage within regulated environments.
