We’re working with an established Edinburgh-based digital agency who are continuing to grow their engineering team and invest in the development of modern, scalable digital products for a range of clients. They’re looking to hire a Lead Software Engineer with strong full-stack experience to play a key role in technical delivery, mentor developers, and help shape best practice across projects. You’ll be joining a collaborative agency environment where quality engineering and long-term client partnerships are prioritised. The role is hybrid in their modern Edinburgh city centre office.
Key skills and experience (not all essential):
- Strong commercial experience with PHP, ideally Laravel or Symfony
- Frontend development using React or Vue
- Experience building and integrating APIs
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers
- React Native experience is desirable
