Location: Multi-site role between Ballygawley and Omagh
Reporting To: Managing Director
Job Purpose: The Production Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of manufacturing operations across two production sites. The role has full accountability for the manufacture of bulk materials and the production of finished goods, ensuring products are delivered safely, on time, to specification, and within budget. The successful candidate will oversee production planning and scheduling, purchasing, stores and inventory management, engineering and maintenance, and personnel management. They will ensure that all materials, resources, equipment, and labour are available to meet production requirements while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, quality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all manufacturing and operational activities across both production sites.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support business objectives and growth plans.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all operational departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
