Warehouse Manager Wellesbourne, Warwickshire £34,000 – £35,000 per annum Permanent, Full-time We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Wellesbourne. This is a hands-on Warehouse Manager role, you won't just be sat behind a desk and will get involved with all duties across the site. It involves managing a small permanent team with big seasonal peaks so the team size will vary. You will manage the day-to-day warehouse operation, including stock control, goods in and out, picking and loading, transport, team management and Health & Safety. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse Lead and supervise warehouse staff Organise picking, packing, loading and returns Manage stock levels and stock control Keep the warehouse organised and running efficiently Arrange couriers, transport and deliveries Make sure equipment and stock is prepared and ready when required Carry out basic maintenance and repairs where needed Use and maintain warehouse management systems Monitor warehouse performance, costs and productivity Maintain Health & Safety standards across the warehouse and yard Manage vehicle movements and loading operations Complete warehouse reports and administration About You We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Manager who is comfortable working in a hands-on environment. You should have: Previous warehouse or logistics management experience Experience managing or supervising a warehouse team Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse operations Good IT skills, including Excel Strong organisational skills A practical, hands-on approach Good communication skills The ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities FLT Licence is desirable but not essential If this sounds like the role for you then APPLY NOW!
