We are working with a growing business who is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to bring structure, reliability and visibility to its supply chain. This role is being introduced to strengthen the team, improve planning and ensure customers receive a dependable service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing MRP to maintain accurate material planning
  • Overseeing warehouse and logistics operations to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods
  • Handling direct material purchasing and supplier coordination
  • Streamlining logistics processes to improve cost and delivery performance
  • Building relationships with logistics partners
  • Owning stock control, accuracy, traceability and safety stock levels

What Experience do you need:

  • Experience managing warehouse, logistics or transport operations
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and goods-in/goods-out
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Counterbalance licence
  • A friendly, team‑focused approach and the ability to work well in a fast‑moving environment
