Production Operative - Woodworking
Location: Southam (THIS IS A RURAL LOCATION YOU MUST DRIVE)
Salary: Up to £15 per hour
Hours: 07.30 - 15.30 Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for an established business just outside of Southam who are seeking reliable, skilled Production Operatives to join their team on an ongoing basis. This role will go permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Working with wood boards and cutting to the correct size and width
- Preparing products for assembly
- Gluing products
- Inspecting components and quality checking
- Sanding and finishing
- Other general duties
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in woodworking or a similar role
- Confident using woodworking hand tools and machinery
- Experience in joinery is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy with measurements
- Driving license is essential due to location of the site
