The Role
- ProviT is hiring a senior recruiter to build a new cold desk across Industrial, Commercial or Engineering.
- Office-based Mon – Fri, home working on Fridays once your desk is established.
- Mainly temps, with some perm roles as they come up.
Who we need
- This one’s only for a true 360 operator so you must be able to run the full cycle: prospect, negotiate rates, build proper candidate attraction and place.
- Sell, cold call, win new business and hold your own on the phone.
- Work an effective BD structure, not just wing it.
- Show a proven track record of business wins in temporary recruitment.
