This role is ideal for someone who loves organised processes, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to be involved in a wide variety of operational, administrative and digital tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing- Maintaining, monitoring and improving operational workflows
- Ensuring data accuracy, compliance and best-practice across systems
- General office administration: answering calls, processing invoices, updating records
- Supporting sales processes, including basic CAD work (training provided)
- Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Assisting with logistics, shipping, imports, distribution and stock control
- Providing customer service and pre/post-sales support
- Supporting digital processes, including IT systems and maintenance
- Highly organised, accurate and process-driven
- Strong IT skills (Excel essential; CAD experience or willingness to learn)
- Confident communicator with great customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
- Experience with office administration and business systems
- Interest in engineering or automotive industries is a real bonus
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to get involved across the business
