Multiskilled Warehouse Operative Late Shift Southam £15.05 p/hour (£35K p/year) 10:30–20:00 Mon–Fri Permanent This is a proper permanent job from day one. No agency rolling contracts and no uncertainty. You will be working a fixed late shift, 10:30 to 20:00, Monday to Friday in a clean, modern 3PL warehouse just outside Southam. The team is close-knit, the management actually look after their people and there is a genuine career ladder if you want to progress.

What the job involves:

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Loading lorries
  • Working with computer systems and completing paperwork
  • Operating Counterbalance and VNA trucks as needed
