We are currently looking for an IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE Customer Service Advisor to join a business in Napton, Southam for a 5 month contract until January. This role comes with stable hours in an SME business. This role requires someone to be immediately available; if you have notice this is not the job for you.
So what will you be doing?
- Answering inbound calls from customers and dealing with queries
- Making outbound calls to follow up or update customers
- Logging calls and updating customer records accurately
- Resolving complaints and escalating where needed
- Processing orders, returns or amendments
- Liaising with other departments to resolve issues
- General Administration
What experience do you need?
- At least 12 months phone based Customer Service experience
- IT literate
- Experience using AI systems is highly desirable
- You must be immediately available
- You must drive and have your own car to get to this site
