We are on the hunt for a Shipping Administrator for a permanent role within an export business in the Enderby area of Leicester. This is an office-based role working within a very small team and reporting directly to the MD.
Your typical responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls from business customers who are requesting quotes
- Placing orders
- Coordinating shipments
- Directing calls
- Providing sales support
- Clerical and administrative tasks including replying to the business mailbox
- Updating internal systems
- Preparing shipping documentation
- Ensuring orders are processed accurately
