ProviT is looking to recruit a new Senior Recruitment Consultant who has B2B sales experience for the office in Southam. This is a sales-first role where you will be responsible for growing a desk covering commercial recruitment (temp & perm) with prospective clients within the Warwickshire / Oxfordshire area.

It’s a phone-based role making lots of outgoing calls, chasing leads from job boards, matching candidates and ultimately placing the right people with the clients. We offer a great commission structure paid monthly, with no 3–6 month waiting period and zero micro-management. There are no dead-by-KPIs or unnecessary meetings.

This is a sales-focused role for an established biller who wants to earn a larger share of the commission and have it paid more often. This is not a trainee role. We are only looking for candidates who have successfully sold B2B recruitment solutions in the UK covering temp and permanent recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years UK recruitment experience (focus on sales, not account management, compliance or resourcing)
