Office-based Mon Fri, home working on Fridays once your desk is established.
Mainly temps, with some perm roles as they come up.
Who we need This one s only for a true 360 operator so you must be able to: Run the full cycle so prospect, negotiate rates, build proper candidate attraction and place Sell, cold call, win new business and hold your own on the phone Work an effective BD structure, not just wing it Show a proven track record of business wins in temporary recruitment If any of that doesn t apply to you, this role isn t the right fit.
