Operations Administrator Rugby (Office based) Up to £32,000 per annum plus great benefits package. 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (Some flexibility with hours & part time would be considered).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Compliance management - maintaining and renewing certifications including ISO9001
  • Project coordination - supporting setup, scheduling and documentation for projects
  • RAMS & audit preparation - managing training records, competency logs and evidence packs
  • Tender & quotation support - ensuring accuracy and meeting client deadlines
  • Stakeholder management - working with external teams, subcontractors and internal departments
  • Project administration - document control, operational support and general coordination duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in construction, infrastructure or civil engineering is highly desirable
  • Background in operations support, compliance or project coordination
  • Comfortable working in audited or regulated environments
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Fully computer literate with experience using the full Microsoft suite
  • Confident communicator able to influence and collaborate across teams
