Provit Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative for our site in Rugby (Lawford Heath). The role runs 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, with a possible shift change to 06:00–14:30 soon. The position is full-time, temp-to-perm, paying £13.41 per hour.
You'll work in a wood mill, handling hand and power tools, measuring with a tape measure, and following diagrams to meet production targets. This active role is in a factory producing wooden crates and offers progression to permanent employment.
