We are currently working with an established Northampton based business who is looking to bring in an Office Administrator to cover a wide range of duties including General Accounts, Office Admin & PA. This is the sort of role that will vary day to day and keep you busy.

So what would you be doing day to day?

  • Processing supplier invoices and resolving supplier queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements and preparing monthly payment runs
  • Monitoring customer and supplier balances
  • Entering purchase orders and maintaining accurate financial data
  • Office Administration & PA Support
  • Providing clerical and administrative support
  • Managing calls, emails and maintaining organised filing systems
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering materials for the management team
  • Ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office

  • Prior experience in an Accounting or PA position
  • AAT would be highly desirable
