I’m working with a well‑established design practice in the hospitality, commercial and brand‑rollout sector, and they’re looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to join their growing team.

What you’ll be doing- Producing high‑quality technical drawings and full working drawing packages
- Preparing and submitting planning, building regs, licensing and other statutory applications
- Coordinating with consultants, contractors and local authorities
- Supporting commercial fit‑out and brand‑rollout projects from concept through delivery
- Attending site visits, surveys and design team meetings
- Working closely with Designers and Senior Technicians to keep projects on track
- Prior experience in an architectural or design‑led environment
- Strong technical knowledge and confidence producing detailed drawings
- Experience in hospitality, retail or commercial interiors is a big advantage
- Advanced AutoCAD skills
- Good understanding of Planning, Building Regs, CDM and design risk
- Someone who is comfortable juggling multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the studio, 2 from home
