We are on the hunt for a Shipping & Sales Administrator who can start a full-time, permanent role within an export business in the Enderby area of Leicester. This is an office-based role working within a very small team and reporting directly to the MD.
Your typical responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming calls from business customers who are requesting quotes
- Placing orders
- Coordinating shipments
- Directing calls
- Providing sales support
- Replying to the business mailbox
- Updating internal systems
- Preparing shipping documentation
- Ensuring orders are processed accurately
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is naturally organised, fully computer literate, confident, and friendly, with a keen eye for detail and an interest in both sales and logistics.
