Part Time Property Administrator / Manager

Daventry based, Hybrid working, UK Travel required

£30,000 pro rata (30 Hours per week)

I’m working with a privately owned, rapidly growing property investment business with solid foundations & long-term backing. They’re now looking for an experienced Property Manager to take real ownership of a mixed commercial and residential portfolio spread across the UK, with some overseas exposure too. This is a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy and is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being trusted to get on with things.

What’s the role really about?

In short, keeping the portfolio compliant, well run, financially healthy, and tenant friendly, while helping the business grow. You’ll oversee everything from compliance and inspections through to managing agents, tenants, contractors, budgets, and new acquisitions. Some properties are managed day to day by local agents, while others, mainly commercial, you’ll deal with directly. No two weeks will look the same. This isn’t a box-ticking role. The business genuinely cares about standards, relationships, and doing things properly.

What they’re looking for:

  • Experience in property management is desirable and a calm, capable approach.
  • NRLA membership, and experience with overseas property assets is highly desirable.
  • Confident on the phone & in person.
  • Fully computer literate with experience using Microsoft Packages.
  • This role does involve UK travel so a Driving Licence & your own vehicle is essential. If you do not have these this is not the role for you.
  • You must be happy with UK Wide travel and have a valid passport as some international travel may be required.

If you’re an experienced Property Administrator / Manager who enjoys ownership, variety, and responsibility, and you want to work with a business that is building something properly, this role is well worth a conversation.
