Part Time Administrator
£30,000 per annum FTE (£24,000 PT)
Stoneleigh, Warwickshire (Office based, rural location you must drive)
Part-time, 30 hours per week (Full time will be considered)

We are currently recruiting for an organisation who is looking to grow their small close knit team. This role requires someone who is happy to work a busy role where every day will bring something different. The is a mission lead organisation and makes a real difference in the UK. Fully training is provided.
What would you be doing?
Answer phone calls and emails
Become the expert on the industry with full training
Update systems and provide updates
Take minutes and provide admin support
Support site visits, outreach and community groups
Produce and source printed and digital awareness resources
Despatch web shop orders, check stock and receive deliveries
Help set up and run training courses
Manage certificates and events
What experience do you need?
At least 3 years Administration experience
Happy to work onsite as there is no hybrid working
Fully computer literate with experience using all Microsoft Packages
Confident on the phones
