About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Quality & Logistics Executive to join our growing team in Widnes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries are planned efficiently, and communication between customers and transport providers runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Plan and coordinate deliveries with transport providers
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and logistics partners
- Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support quality and logistics processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration or office experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive approach with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
