About the Role
Provision Resource is recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy distribution operation in South Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Leader or Supervisor looking to progress into a long-term position with a well-established business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the afternoon shift, ensuring operational targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the PM warehouse team to achieve daily operational KPIs.
- Ensure all customer orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately and on time.
- Monitor and manage returns, replenishment and stock movement.
- Allocate workloads and monitor team performance throughout the shift.
- Support the Warehouse Manager in driving productivity and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to.
