- Customer service

- Completing deliveries to meet the specific needs of the service user
- Liaising with office/warehouse staff to ensure the needs of the service user are met
- Displays and window dressing
- Rotating merchandise
- Displaying goods & clothing
- Sorting of donated items
- Front door donations
- Quality control of all donated goods (clothes/household)
- Stock control of all donated clothes/household items
- Ensuring clothes stock is sorted and stored into seasonal stock or rag items
- Good housekeeping of shop environment
- Reporting any health and safety concerns to the Shop Manager or Operational Manager
- Reporting any fire safety concerns to the Shop Manager or the Operational Director
- Reporting all security concerns to the Shop Manager
- Completing relevant paperwork
