About Provision Events

Since 2004, Provision Events has worked with major brands, governing bodies, marketing agencies, and rights holders to engage with fans and hospitality guests at events. Provision Events are experts in the world of sport activation, exhibition, hospitality, brand experience, roadshows, and interior fit-outs. With a network of offices in the UK, the USA, and the UAE, we are well positioned to deliver in all international markets. Sport is our heritage, and since launching in 2004, Provision Events has worked in golf, football, rugby, tennis, cricket, motorsports, and a variety of other sports. Provision's projects have appeared at the world's most high-profile events including The Olympics, The Ryder Cup, European and PGA Tour events, The Wimbledon Championships, The British Open, and The Hong Kong 7s. The UK business has become more Brand Experience and marketing focused over the past few years, which is a huge area of growth and opportunity for us. Our reputation is built on the understanding that the event 'must happen without fail'. Our strategic planning allows for all eventualities, and our team's work ethic underpins everything we do as a business. We will get the job done - no matter what.

The Role

As a member of the event delivery team, you'll play a hands-on role in the planning, setup, delivery, and breakdown of live events across the U.K. and internationally. This is a fast-paced, detail-critical role ideal for someone looking to build experience in event delivery and client-facing communication within a high-performing global team. You'll work closely with our Lead Event Managers and Operations teams to bring concepts to life on site — managing logistics, supporting team operations, ensuring quality, and learning the full process from ground build to live activation. Prior to the build of events, you may be required to attend test builds and packing days at our warehouse before travelling to the event with the wider team. This position demands initiative, adaptability, and a solutions-first mindset. Long hours, challenging conditions, and travel are part of the experience — but so are career-defining opportunities, hands-on learning, and rapid progression. This role is an entry-level position, which could result in permanent employment opportunities based on performance and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support Lead Event Managers during all event phases — build, live, and breakdown.
  • Assist with logistics, on-site coordination, and client/venue communication.
  • Work as part of an events team made up of different levels of seniority and experience; over time, you will be given more responsibility across various scales of event.
  • Take ownership of specific site areas or activations, ensuring they meet brand and safety standards.
  • Provide on-site problem-solving — anticipating issues and contributing creative, forward-thinking solutions.
  • Gather event feedback, reporting operational insights and client notes to the HQ team.
  • Represent Provision professionally to clients, partners, and the public at all times.
  • Assist with warehouse responsibilities pre and post events.

About you / requirements

  • A genuine interest in sports and live events.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to think two steps ahead.
  • Comfortable taking direction but confident enough to take initiative and make decisions under pressure.
  • Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and extended periods away from home.
  • Physically capable of manual work in varying weather conditions.
  • Prior knowledge & experience with building modular structures and using basic tools.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Prior experience in events, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

Desirable

  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
  • Exposure to logistics, operations, or live event builds.

Core Benefits

  • Regular work opportunities advertised to you across the year.
  • Competitive pay based on experience – rate card for each level of seniority.
  • Travel, accommodation, uniform, and meal expenses covered while away.
  • Training, development, and growth opportunities.
  • A front-row seat to some of the biggest live events in the world.
