About The Role
This role is Monday to Friday based in the offices in Bishopsgate.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of day-to-day security on client sites.
- Offer assistance to the client to achieve and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Supervise, coordinate and develop all team members across the client sites.
- Ensure a detailed working knowledge and understanding of all Summary Post Orders and Site Operating Procedures, including all amendments issued.
- Carry out regular audits and drills.
- Respond swiftly and confidently to all emergencies.
- Ensure all incidents are reported immediately and necessary actions are taken.
- Attend meetings with the client and other contractors as required.
- Deliver the Key Performance Indicators alongside Provincial as set out by the client and Provincial.
- Ensure the code of conduct is strictly adhered to by the team and solve problems at first instance; if doubt arises, elevate to Provincial.
- Encourage positive teamwork and develop good working relationships with others on site.
- Ensure all team members are trained in every aspect of their duty; identify training requirements and arrange for training to be provided, tracked and measured.
- Prepare weekly roster in advance, manage any alterations in TimeGate and inform Provincial of any amendments.
Job Requirements
- Experience leading a team, preferably across multiple sites.
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability with experience in report writing and presenting to management.
- Ability to prioritise workload for self and team with a focus on multi-tasking and delegation.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Excellent customer service and ability to inspire a customer focus in the team.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Willingness to utilise new technology and innovate.
- Action oriented with a passion for getting things done quickly, efficiently and properly.
- Deal positively with rapid change.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in the use of the Google suite; knowledge of security systems is essential.
- Highest adherence to ethics.

- 3 years leadership in Corporate Security.
- Excellent computer skills including security related systems.
