Witherslack Group in Willington, Durham, is seeking a Team Leader for our Children\'s Homes. You will lead a staff team, support daily care for young people, and help the home operate to high standards.
The role includes deputising for managers, building relationships with young people, and delivering a 4-week Care Academy induction. A full UK driving licence and Level 3 Children\'s Residential Care qualification are required.
