You will help lead a residential home for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, supporting daily routines and safeguarding best practices.
The role offers a base salary of £30,991–£35,400 with up to four sleep-ins monthly (£80 per sleep) plus attendance allowances, induction, seven weeks holiday and progression paths.
