We’re looking for someone who’s excited, driven, and ready to make an impact as our new Monday CRM Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CRM strategy for the Monday platform, working closely with teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, and the Tech Team to reach sales targets.
  • Lead the entire sales process, from identifying new prospects to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and impactful experience for our clients.
  • Run discovery calls and CRM demos to understand customer needs and align solutions with their goals.
  • Plan and carry out marketing initiatives to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell CRM solutions to existing customers and increase revenue.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, CRM trends, and the competitive landscape to better position Monday CRM.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all CRM-related questions within the sales team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Monthly CRM pipeline value generated
  • Monthly CRM Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) closed
  • At least 6 partner-sourced enterprise deals per quarter
  • 1+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions
  • Experience in both new business acquisition and cross-selling/expansion
  • Strong presentation and customer-facing skills, with the ability to build trust with senior executives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently to achieve goals
  • Good knowledge of the CRM industry, sales techniques, and market trends

Location:

London, UK (Required to travel to London twice a month).
