As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the smooth running of your section, working closely with senior chefs to deliver dishes to Michelin‑level standards. This role is ideal for a talented Commis or junior Demi Chef ready to take the next step, develop technical skill, and contribute to a world‑class kitchen environment.

What You’ll Be Doing as Demi Chef De Partie:
  • Supports the Chef de Partie in managing and operating a designated section to an exceptional standard.
  • Prepares, cooks, and presents dishes in line with SOURCE’s culinary ethos and exacting standards.
  • Assists with daily mise en place, stock rotation, and organisation.
  • Works collaboratively with senior chefs on menu development and refinement.
  • Helps guide and support Commis Chefs, contributing to a positive and professional kitchen culture.
  • Maintains impeccable hygiene, safety, and cleanliness across all work areas.
  • Contributes to smooth kitchen operations through teamwork, communication, and consistency.
