Providence Maintenance & Electrical Services Ltd is a family-run maintenance contractor delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across South Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Maintenance Joiner to join our all-trades team.

This is a varied role carrying out joinery repairs and maintenance works within public buildings, social housing properties, and void properties throughout Rotherham, Sheffield and the surrounding areas.

The Role

  • General joinery repairs and maintenance
  • Door repairs, adjustments and replacements
  • Skirting, architraves and internal woodwork repairs
  • Kitchen repairs and replacements
  • Flooring and boarding works
  • Lock and ironmongery repairs
  • Fencing and external joinery works
  • Void property refurbishments
  • Working alongside our plumbing, electrical and multi-trade operatives to complete repairs efficiently

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a maintenance joiner
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working within social housing or public sector properties would be advantageous
