We are searching for an engaging and resourceful Hotel Receptionist to join our team. Our Hotel Receptionist will act as the face of the hotel and must display exceptional verbal communication skills. Along with greeting guests and informing them of room rates and other details, duties include managing reservations, performing check-in and check-out tasks, and corresponding with the cleaning staff. Successful candidates will have strong multitasking skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-facing role.
Objectives of this role:
- Act as a face of the hotel while greeting guests in a polite and professional manner
- Supervise daily tasks for all front desk operations
- Respond to guest questions and concerns
- Assist guests in a professional and timely manner

- Offer five-star customer service to all guests
