We are searching for an engaging and resourceful M&E Operations Manager to join our team. Our M&E Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of various events hosted at the hotel. Duties include assisting with the planning and execution of events, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all guest needs are met during the event. Role Overview
As M&E Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of all meetings and events operations within the hotel. You will lead the M&E team, ensuring all events are executed flawlessly and to the highest standards, maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of all meetings and events within the hotel.
- Lead and manage the M&E operations team, ensuring high levels of service and team engagement.
- Work closely with the Sales and Events teams to ensure event requirements are understood and met.
- Ensure all event spaces are prepared and presented to the highest standard.
- Manage staffing levels in accordance with event requirements and budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain health & safety, food hygiene, and operational standards across all event activities.
- Monitor and respond to client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors where required to support event execution.
