We are looking for a dynamic Solution Design Engineer to play a key role in supporting the growth of the UK market for a global leader in automation technology. Working on multi-million-pound projects, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with experts across Europe, contribute to high-impact solutions, and drive forward some of the most advanced automation systems in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop innovative concepts, tenders, and offer layouts for complex automation solutions.
  • Analyse customer data to create tailored automation solutions, including AS/RS systems for pallets and totes, and other technology.
  • Act as a technical guidance expert for project managers and technicians, ensuring the seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain project cost calculations and documentations, while ensuring high standards of quality.
  • Lead and participate in customer presentations, showcasing your technical solutions and their impact.
  • Be an integral part of the System Integration process, with business travel of up to 50 days per year to meet customer needs across the UK and Europe.
